During the summer Atrium Ljungberg communicated that an agreement had been concluded on the sale of four retail properties; Igor 8 (Kvarteret Igor in Västerås), Månadsmötet 9 (Mittpunkten in Östersund), Rotundan 1 (Rotebro Handel in Sollentuna) and Orminge 47:1 (Orminge Centrum in Nacka). The transaction is conditional on financing reservation and entry expected to take place on 1 October 2015.
As all terms and conditions in the transaction have not been fulfilled yet, the date of the entry into possession has been postponed and is expected to take place in late November 2015.
The sale will take place through a divestment of shares. The purchase price was based on an underlying property value of approximately SEK 1.3 billion before deductions for deferred tax. The transaction will yield a positive result after tax for Atrium Ljungberg of approximately SEK 90 million within the Group and will be reported in the accounts for the fourth quarter of 2015.
The four properties cover a total of 63,300 m2of letting area with hundreds of stores and restaurants.
